Hi Roz. Was going to post a question re KFC when I read your "nutritional count" site. What a terrific site. Pulled out a heap of stuff from the pantry which I've not been game to use and found that a lot of them were ok (controlled of course!!). Fantastic & helpful site

[Did you mean Diet club or the fast food site? www.dietfacts.com has counts for lots of fast foods. Most of them are American (of course!) but places like KFC and Maccas use pretty much the same recipes world wide.]
