Question Planning for the fourth of july

I'm planning on drinking on the fourth of july, bbqing and beer, its a tradition I can't pass up. I know it'll set me back, but I figure special occations will be fine for me as long as they aren't every weekend. That said. I'd still like to limit the carbs on that day so I don't fall to far behind. I can't find anywhere besides the fosters website on carb content of beers. And I'm not drinking fosters. I read on here that michelob, or michelob light has like 2 carbs per bottle. Where do people find this information or is that forum folklore? I've even found websites saying that putting out nutritional information on beer from the beer companies is illegal. Is that true? Anyone know?

John

I heard a commercial that said Michelob Ultra had 2.6 carbs & around 98 calories. I went to a BBQ this weekend. The meat was good, but there was nothing else LC to eat. I wish I had brought some raw veggies. Dallasalis
