How do I count this on fitday. Should I do it as cream or sour cream? I threw away the packaging a good month ago so can't custmize well.

I found this at a gourmet recipe website.

It's french cultured cream. It's not as strong tasting as sour cream and workes great for thickening soup or sauces.

I got mine at Albertson's. They put it with the gormet cheeses. Thats where I got the marscapone cheese as well. Yummmmy
