Question Measuring...

are we supposed to measure once a week, or just any time we want? I measured last thursday, and thought i would measure again this thursday (one week later) to see if there is any difference.

Just curious...

I measure my chest (under breasts), stomach at belly button, and hips.

Others also measure thigh, arm, mid drift, or where ever they want to lose.

I'd suggest only measuring once a week so as not to drive yourself nuts. Make sure to measure at the same time of day. I like morning because water weight or bloating is at a min.

sunshine33,

i have been measuring both upper arms, both thighs, hips, waist, ribs, bust.

it is easier if you have someone to help you, but it's possible to do it yourself. I don't know what everyone else does. Hope this helps!

I measure waist, hips and thighs. Those are where I am hoping to lose most, so I didn't bother with arms, neck, etc.
