Default sugar-free, fat free frozen yogurt

Is it safe? I dont know what the sugar substitute is, but I though sugar substitutes had no carbohydrates?

The concern with the sugar substitutes is that they affect us in other ways. Aspartame can lead to carb cravings, sugar alcohols can upset your stomach (read: bring a good book to the restroom).

Or you may find you can have these with no problem at all. You'll just have to see what works for you.

this yogurt probably still has a lot of carbs because of the dairy (it might be made of skim milk) so stay away from it unless you can find out how many carbs are in it for sure.
