Talking Hubby is doing good on his new Atkins plan!

I am happy to say my hubby has been on Atkins for 8 days now and doing well. I have been his atkins coach and he has lost 8 pounds all ready. Hes planning on losing 60 pounds,so far he likes the diet and hes following it good. I am so happy to be able to share this woe with my dear husband.

My husband didn't even know that he was doing the Atkins Lifetime Maintenance until we were talking about eating healthy over this past weekend.

My DH said that he wanted to eat more healthy and I told him, you already are!! He asked me what I meant about that?!?

I told him, you have been doing Atkins with me already for the past 2 months. He was like I am still eating breads, blah, blah, blah. I showed him that I have been buying low carb bread, pancake mix, using splenda instead of sugar, etc......

He said "That must be why I have so much more energy than I usually do" I told him yes.......
