Lobster...yummmy...and soaked in all that butter...gosh...who would think this was a diet eh.
I suggest you go and join fitday.com...then you can calculate your carbs on a daily basis..and know exactly what you are consuming.
And it is always a good idea to start a journal here...people will pop in and visit, and you should also feel free to visit other peoples journals. It is how we keep in touch and support one another as we do this thing we call....WOE & WOL
Keep in touch..

THATS IT...I have had ENOUGH!

I am going to Red Lobster and getting a LARGE helping of King Crab Legs and I am telling the wait-person to "keep the butters coming"!!!

I can have a veggie and small salad to boot...

Hmmm...Fathers day is Sunday...I can even get the wife and kids to pay! GREAT IDEA!!!!!!!!
Best to all;
Jake

Thumbs up

Jake you just gave me a fantastic idea...I'll take my hubby and kids out for lobster on Father's Day. I mean, he deserves it, right?

I heard there is an all-you-can-eat lobster buffee locally. $16.95 and a ton of other seafood as well. Think we'll give it a try next Sunday evening! Cheers!!

So thankful for Dr. Atkins and his lobster recommendations,
Annie-Pie

be careful at red lobster - i think they use a margarine kind of thing - i could be mistaken but last time i went it just didnt have the right flavor/texture - similar to what they put on popcorn at movies- maybe call ahead?
im sure if you bring some of your own theyd be glad to microwave it for you.
