Talking The greatest thing happened
After 9 weeks of being on Atkins, I was beginning to get a little down. I have lost 23 pounds, but sometimes I just want to eat whatever I want without thinking about it.

But today, the greatest thing happened! My eight year old son came up to give me a hug and said "Boy mom you really lost alot of weight, I can put my arms all the way around you now"

If that isn't a reason to continue with this and give up all the bread and ice cream, I don't know what is. He was always my reason for being, but now he is also my reason for being healthy!!!
