Crystal light (in its powder form) contains aspertame, which has been known to stall some people, the ready to drink crystal light liquid is fine according to atkins center.

u can probably drink the powdered stuff, and if when u stall, u might wanna take another looksee

I drank crystal light maybe a glass a day the last time I did atkins and i didnt have problems losing weight.. but everyone is different..

Crystal Lite in the bottle is made with splenda. Very good. Pink Lemonade is my favorite. I have also found that Crystal Bay is made with Splenda it is very good. I use to drink Crystal Bay in high school and I wasn't LCing and always loved it, so to see that I could drink it while LCing I was excited.
