Unhappy yucky Question

I have read posts about people having constipation. My question is I have the opposite. I feel pretty yucky. Is that normal? How long will it last? My body is used to eating alot of fiber so I don't think that is the problem. I don't know how much longer I can take running to the potty.

My first few days on INduction, I had that problem. It finally eased off after the fifth day. I drank a little less water and took some Imodium for a couple days too.

Sugar alcohols do that to me. Could that be the culprit in your case?

Not sure why you have it, but you must DRINK DRINK DRINK.. dehidration is a problem with LC as it is, and with your "condition" you lose even more liquids...

I drink so much water. I LOVE water!!!!!!!!!! That is not it. Maybe it could be my new vitamens. I have had some sugar alcohols but not that much! I will cut that out and see what happens!
