sashimi carbs???

having trouble figuring out how to count carbs in sashimi-- does anyone know how many oz. in your average salmon/whitefish? I had 6 pieces today. thanks everyone!!

Just fish

Sashimi doesn't have any carbs (unless it's shellfish.) It's just a hunk of raw finfish. (Mmmm. Sashimi.)

thanks but i need to know...

how many oz. of fish are contained per avg sashimi slice, so that i can figure protein!

I should have titled the thread how many OZ in sashimi. oopsie!!

I don't think you'd go too far wrong figuring an ounce a slice, but that's just a guess.

your kitty is soooo cute!!!! I have 2 siamese mixes, Sibli and Sabli. they got the part that makes them opinionated and talkative dogs. (those are Sabli's rather large black ears on my avatar.)
