Does anyone have all of the LC junk food (atkins bars keto mixes, etc) already in some type of soft format to be easily entered into FitDay? Also, because it doesn't have netcarbs, should you modify the total carbs to just reflect netcarbs or is that defeating another purpose?

I subtract Sugar Alcohols from Total Carbs and enter them as Alcohol. But, enter them as 40% less than the actual sugar alcohol count. For example, if a bar has 20g of Maltitol...enter it as 12g of Alcohol. This should ensure that fitday takes the numbers.

What about fiber carbs? I can't tell where they come up with the netcarbs on most of the LC stuff. Total carbs are like 21, with 10 fiber and no sugar alcohol and it ends up being 2. This throws stuff off no?
