Question Protein?

Hello!
I've been reading Protein Power & also Protein Power LifePlan, and someting has me wondering........
In the first book, it appears that the protein requirements are based on Lean Body Mass. In the new book, it appears to be based on current weight.
Did they change this, or am I missing something?

I dont' have an answer, but I'll sure be looking for someone who does. I figured out my requirements in the first book and they were 66 grams, but in the second book, it says they're 84. Which is it????

The Eades found that their readers, in general, hated to do the math required to calculate the amount of protein they needed, so they came up with the chart. The chart generally allows more protein than the calculation. Remember, however, that both the calculation and the chart show the minimum amount of daily protein. I've gone 50% over the minimum on some days without ill effect.

There is a web-based minimum protein requirements calculator at Zoneperfect.com for both men and women. This site uses the same formula as the Eadeses' formula.
