Default Carbolite Bars

Whats up with these? Are they good? Are they worth it? I see they are low in carbs, like 0.1, 1.2 etc.

The can cause gastric distress, and they aren't recommened for eating every day. But they sure do hit the spot when TOM is here and you just want chocolate any chocolate! Even if you do have to stay close to the bathroom ....

They have "hidden carbs" (See hidden carbs inspector to the right), that can cause stalls in some, but others are perfectly fine with them. One of thos your mileage may vary things.

Maybe I'm one of the lucky one's, they don't seem to bother me at all, and they do come in handy during that TOM. They also have cookies, the chocolate chip are better then the full of carb cookies.

Haven't tried the cookies but the bars IMO weren't all that good for what you get.

I've eaten the bars and cookies but have since stopped. I'm more sensitive to sugar alcohols.
