Default Was a little bad with low carb beer tonight

had a few low carb beers tonight and wow I think I over did it. Tommorow I have a Party too. What am I going to do to get threw this extra carb thing. I hope I dont gain any weight from this but I do have to go to this party. Hope this goes ok

No one said you couldn't go to a party while LC'ing. You don't have to drink if you don't want to. If others think "you are not fun", then it is possible they really aren't people who are truly your friends.

I love beer more than anything! I have really been thankful for the michelob ultra. One day I got a little carried away(as in a whole 6 pack) but ate no real carbs that day. I tested ketones while I was half drunk and found the strip to be yellow! I almost cried! The next morning though I was purple again. I think the alcohol stalls the weight loss temporarily and if you are under your carb limit for the day you don't really go backwards as far as ketosis goes. I have been pretty good about staying away from beer or any alcohol during the week and watch it at parties. Beer is one of the reasons I am where I'm at right now. My weakness!

Sometimes you just need a drink. I'm having a vodka and soda with slice of lemon as we speak. I can think of drinks I'd rather be having......ie) wine but even it gets carby......

Really good advice for you to eat before going!! Just remember, nothing tastes as good as thing feels!
