Default Meats

Karen,

Usually I buy expensive cuts of meat. Ensuring that they are juicy and tender. But sometimes I will buy cuts on the cheaper end and they turn out dry and hard (broiling them)...

How do I marinate or prepare the meats so they are tender and juicy?

Thanks!

Hmmmm pressure cooker? Pot roast? Braising in some liquid? Cooking slowly? All of these methods will tenderize tougher cuts of meat! Hope this helps!
