Usually I buy expensive cuts of meat. Ensuring that they are juicy and tender. But sometimes I will buy cuts on the cheaper end and they turn out dry and hard (broiling them)... :( How do I marinate or prepare the meats so they are tender and juicy? Thanks! :wave: M- |

Hmmmm pressure cooker? Pot roast? Braising in some liquid? Cooking slowly? All of these methods will tenderize tougher cuts of meat! Hope this helps!
