Hi Laurelei,
Welcome fellow canuck, I just joined I guess a few minutes before you. Congratualtions on the weight loss. I really like Atkins also, I find it's the only diet I can really stick to, I certainly appreciate not feeling hungry.
This website is great eh! Lot's of information here. Have fun! and it's nice to meet you.
