Exclamation HELP! I'M SO TIRED and I'M NOT LOSING!

First off - I'm way too tired.
Second - I've not lot one ounce in 7 days on induction.

I'm taking the Dr. A multi #3 and another Dr. A supplement to #3 (per the label on the bottle). I'm taking Potassium too. I'm taking these 3x per day.

Breakfast
1/2 3-egg omlet w/ mozzerella & ham
water

Lunch
grilled tuna steak
1/2 c veggies

snack
slices of roast beef i made myself

dinner
6-8 oz steak w/ bleu cheese crumbles
2 cups salad w/ oil & vinegar

I'm coming out to about avg 1,800 calories ±50% fat. Any ideas or suggestions?

How do I open my fit day food for reviewers to see and helP? mjchyzy.

Default not loosing?

hey mary,

i was looking over your posting and the only things i notice that could have something to do with it is 1 it doesnt mention how much water u r drinking u should be having at least 2-3 quarts of water per day, #2, are u exercising, u may not be loosing lbs but u could very well be loosing inches, and #3, your diet doesnt look to high in fat, sometimes people stall a smidge cuz their fat intake is too low, my only other advice to you is this hun, i lost 29 lbs, and overnight without cheating and keeping strictly to my diet i gained 4lbs (water retention??? dunno) it wouldnt go away, so i started taking coconut oil, did it for 2 days (i didnt like the texture or the tast) so i substitued that for coconut milk, 1 take in 1c a day, it has 4 g of carbs but u can do so much more to it than the oil, or i will have some unsweetened coconut meat, in the coconut milk (just be sure to ck the label) some have sugar added to them, i put in a pac of splenda and then i freeze it in a cup, and i guess cuz of the high fat content it comes out almost like ice cream im now down the 4lbs i gained plus 2more, so if u want any more info there are lots of threads, and u can email directly i can give u any info u might like

Default tired

I'm trying to figure out where to add the fat. I'd like to hear more from you guys on that. I'm eating steaks cooked in butter. I figure of all the protiens, steak is probably the fattiest. I made a fatty tritip and I'm slicing that up for snacks.

Water - I LOVE WATER. I drink easily 80 oz a day. The weekends is when I slip - cause I don't carry my glass home. It is on my desk at work.

It was being this tired that made my homeopath take me off this diet. I wasn't losing and the exhaustion was effecting my family.
My kids heard I was going back on this and begged me not to because I'm so tired and crabby.

I have to wait 2 months for a dr. appointment in order to get the paperwork for blood work.

ARGH!

Im not tired at all I have so much energy! number 1 water number two is your amino acids! this is a combination of all the essential amino acids.. available at you local health food store. this helps your body rebuild itselp and metabolize your blood sugar better. I feel that it really helped me ... not that i was ever as tired as you sound... are you eating your 3 cups of veggies?
