Default Stalled... Help

I have been stalled for about a month now, I have read many things that can break a stall. I was wondering if I just stick with my diet (around 20- 25 carbs a day) and continue to drink my water, will I break through the stall? I don't want to take a chance with eating more carbs and then go back to induction. I have read that alot people have done this. What causes a stall? Is my body thinking that it's staving, therefor I have stopped losing??

Depends on how much (or little) you are eating as to wether your body thinks it should go into starvation mode. Maybe you could post a typical days menu?

You can stall for many reason - your body is recovering from losing the previous weight. You are building muscle - which weighs more per volume than fat - you'd be losing inches. It could also be that people who are closer to goal have a slower weight loss than those with more to loose.

I was on a stall for a little more than 3 months, I finally broke through the stall and have lost 7,5 pounds since then.

Default me too

I have been stalled for awhile now. Once I think the weight is gone it is right back the next week. I can say I have been working out alot more so I am sure muscle is being built. As for measuring...I have not kept up with that
Oh well I guess I will see what happens next !
