Super Walmart has a product called LeCarb, made by GoldenBrook. IT has about 3 to 4 net carbs a 1/2 cup serving!

A new Atkins Endulge Ice Cream (with 4 g. of carbs) is now available in stores like Albertson, Safeway, hi-health, Save-mart, BJ's... I didn't try it yet, but someone told me it's really good!

Have a nice summer

You can also use whipping cream, add some berries and put it in the freezer to make ice cream.

You might have to do the frozen whipped cream thing. Atkins Endulge Ice Cream is only found at King's in NJ (nowhere near me, it might be near you though) and there are NO Super Wal-Marts in NJ (the ones w/grocery stores).

Thumbs up

Frozen cream sounds nice; I really need a cold desert! Too hot in here. In addition, there is no chance I can find any LC ice cream here, ty for the idea.

BTW: what other ingredients can i use besides berries?

TY,
Jonathan
