okay i know atkins says you can have raspberries during induction but how many per serving and how many carbs would that be..
i dont want to do a whole 1 cup and use up 21 carbs
i have use up 5 carbs already
help!
i want berries..LOL

Sorry I think you have that wrong no fruit /berries during induction.

Check your book to be sure

Um, no, he doesn't actually! Berries are one of the foods to be added after Induction.

Just to refresh your memory, here is the list of Acceptable Foods for Induction.

Spread them on a tray, freeze them, then put them in a freezer bag, they'll be there waiting for you
Later;
Have them over plain full fat yogurt

Cottage cheese,

Whip cream,

Mock danish ( recipe thread)

i got it i just misread i only have 2 days left i can wait i must have so much energy that my eyes are darting ahead of my brain while im reading...LOL
ive had so much energy i feel like im on speed or something even when i type my fingers are going a mile a minute..LOL
geeze is this normal
