THanks for your reply Iowagirl. But, see, this still doesn't make sense to me. I mean, if you're having trouble losing and need to start counting calories and fat, why not target butter, or pork rinds, or any of the other "approved" foods the have a high fat content? And.,.,.this notion that fat is a problem completely contradicts so much of the Adkins plan (which is what I'm doing). In fact, if you're not losing well, it's advised to UP the fat!
