Well....I would NEVER eat 2 at a time again ( I can only BUY one at a time for this reason) but I don't think they automatically throw you out of ketosis. THat being said, you are playing with fire.

I had one of the small ones last night - on top of my other 22 carbs and this morning I am showing negative on the stix. I can usually eat 30 carbs and stay in ketosis - although i've only done that once or twice, I usually keep it from 20 - 25. BUT I have been exercising more and ketones get excreted in sweat, breath, etc. I'm not concerned. I'm just not having any more of those blasted things for a while!

Default no, no, no

I bought the bar and I didn't notice it was more than one serving.
Hell, it was a single bar and it said on the package 7 servings. One serving is supposedly 2 tiny squares. I ate 4 little squares and flipped it around to read the back and BAM ! 7 servings per bar. So when You have eaten a bar did you automatically come out of ketosis or is it possible to eat the bar and stay in it?
