I FIND THIS SITE VERY EXCITING,I HAVE LEARNED OH SO VERY MUCH. I AM DOING ATKINS AND SO FAR I HAVE LOST 17 LBS. OH YEAH!!!! I AM GOING TO STAY ON THE INDUCTION PHASE FOR AWHILE. I KNOW I CAN DO THIS, I QUIT SMOKING 7 MONTHS AGO AND THIS IS A PIECE OF CAKE COMPARED TO THAT.

Hi there Jayleen and welcome- We were all new at some time.A very big Congrats on the weight and on not smoking.I know how hard the not smoking can be to try and quit.I know the weight will not be a piece of cake to take off also.Parden the use of words.Lets think about that,If it were a piece of cake I would hope it were chocolate that was always my favorite.Any way glad to meet ya. Make a journal and I other's can keep in touch with you. Watch out for them goats up in them thar mountains.

Congratulations on your 17lbs.!!! Like you, I quit using tobacco a number of months ago too!! I also find that this WOE is so much easier than removing nicotine from your blood stream!!

It's only been 1 week for me, but I'm already down 7 lbs.
