Question Thermogenics and when to be satisfied

I am 5ft. 7 inches and between 130 and 135 lbs. - depending upon the day. I pretty much follow a low - carb diet - since August.
After reading the posts about thermogenics I thought I would give it a try.

Now I am wondering if I am being a little "over the top." I am concerned that my body image is getting a bit distorted - are these supplements for those of us who have achieved a pretty "normal" weight ? Do others have trouble w/ being satisfied even after reaching their goal weight?
