Smile New Atkin's Girl seeking support

Hey everybody,

I'm new here. I've been reading the posts and they are really motivating. They also put my mind at ease when I am constantly hearing about how unhealthy low carb eating is. I just started the Induction today. I am going to stick with one meal plan for one week and see how it works. I also have junvenile diabetes so once I learn how my body adjusts to the new meal plan I will add more variety to my menu. How do this sound for the time being though...

Breakfast- 4 eggs cooked in 1 tablespoon olive oil

Lunch- 1 can tuna (each can has about 37.5 grams protein)
2 tablespoons real mayo

Dinner- 1 can tuna
2 tablespoons real mayo

I know this is somewhat limited for the moment but I feel I need to be as consistent as possible right now in order to get my bloodsugars back undercontrol and I need something convienent since I'm a college student. My question is....is it too much protein?? Too much or not enough fat?? Does this seem all right for induction??

Thanks for all and any advice
