Weightloss

Hi Everyone,
I'm pretty new here, but I've been LCing for almost 2 weeks now. I started at 193 and got down to 182 but now I'm back up to 185

I dont know why that is.. Anyway I just wanted to ask if ya'll would mind posting how much weight you lost and how much time it took. It really encourages me and helps me stay motivated. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks. Good luck to ya'll and keep up the good work!
