Default Roasting Veggies & Fitday

Hello All:

I'm a bit confused. I plan on doing a bit of roasting in the next little while so I may as well find out the answer to this question. I did a search, but wasn't successful.

Right now I'm smoking leeks (not roasted, but we'll pretend they are ). The only 2 options in both fitday and my program are "raw" or "boiled". The batch of leeks I smoked came out weighing less than when they were raw.

Here is the following information I have:

Boiled 1T = 6 grams
Raw 1T = 5.6 grams
Smoked 1T = 11 grams

So what do I classify roasted veggies as: - 2X the raw weight? I think I just worked out the problem while typing this post. But opinions would be welcomed.

TIA for any help,
Wanda
