Carbs or Empty Stomach
I go to the gym at 6 a.m. Monday - Friday. I do some cardio, treadmill or stairmaster and then the circuit and some weights.
From what I gather I should be doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and I should be eating some carbs before doing weights, therefore should I eat carbs before leaving for the gym and do weights first to use up carbs and then do cardio? Or should I alternate cardio one day and weights the next?
How long should I eat before doing weights.
Any Advice?
