corn meal

Hi all

I was wondering about corn meal I have never cooked with corn meal. And I was wondering if corn meal is high or low on carbs? Also popcorn twist has corn meal, veg oil, salt and colour for ingredients. Which I'm really craving some popcorn twist right now.

I'm pretty sure corn meal is a flour related product.

Can any one help me with this?
