Default Professor Charles Clark's 'The New High Protein Diet'

Hi, I'm new here and just started this plan today. Found the book last week in a Waterstone's, think it only actually came out next week.

It seems to be the older style of LC diet- carbs only 40 - 60g daily, 40g better. I've done Atkins before and gave up really quickly due to constipation and generally not feeling right on it, so hope this one's better!

Can anyone give me any tips for snacks and for that sweet craving? I did have a bowl of sugar free jelly today which was about 6.4g of carb and helped some.

Thanks in advance!

Louise
