treadmill = big thighs ???????
hi,
is it true that walking on the treadmill makes the thighs big ???
i've started on the threadmill, its been abt 2 weeks.
my jeans feel tight !!
plus, i've kinda stopped losing weight. maybe even gained abit !
is the treadmill a bad idea ?
i'm taking abt 30 to 40g of carbo everyday. and i thot if i walk 30min on the treadmill each day, i'd kill off these 30 to 40g of carbo.
but looks like its backfired !!!!
any advice please ?
