Question Calorie question

OK so I started the Atkins diet just over a week ago. After the first two days I have been feeling great.
My question is about calories. I am at 250 so I should be taking in between 2500 and 3000 a day. I just wanted to throw out what I eat a day and see if everyone things that’s enough.
Breakfast 3 strips of bacon 4 eggs
Lunch Pork (chop or steak)
Dinner Stake
And some time throughout the day about a cup and a half of lettuce.

I am not much on cooking and like foods that are kinds simple. The portions on the meat are probably about 10 to 12 ounces. Is that enough? And if I need more is more meat and eggs OK?
Also this might be the wrong place for this question but I started weight lifting again, used to lift a LOT and loved to do it. Dose any one have any experience weight training while on a restricted carb diet?
