Default Wanna try TKD.. some questions

Hi. I have been on atkins for the last year, and I think its timne to try something new cause I feel like I am stuck. Earlier this year I tried CKD but didnt work for me, so I would like to try TKD. I have been reading all the information on this threads but I have a few questions:

- Does anybody eat yogurt? either high fat or low fat, not for CU but for normal diet. Cottage cheese is very expensive in my country, and I really like yogurt! It hasn´t stall me before. Or could you tell me what other dairy sources woul be fine? maybe ricotta or fresh cheese?

- I couldn found powdered dextrose, but I found it on liquid form at 10%. What will be a good amount to start with?

- Do you think it could be a good idea to do a CU day every 2 or 3 weeks? NOt excessivelly high carbs, just enought to reset leptin levels.

My stats:
Female
Age: 26
Height: 5"2´
Weght: 120 lb
BF: 20.8% approx

I do weight lifting 3xweek, 2 day split (ub -lb) and cardio first thing in the morning 5xweek 30 minutes.

Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks !!
