Default What stimulates your insulin????

I am willing to do food favors for anyone..... On an empty stomach I measure my blood sugar. Then I eat a food then measure my blood sugar again.

I is amazing to see what makes the insulin rise and by how much. This is related to glycemic index. What are your curious about..???? The only thing I won't try for you is cigarettes!!! But tomorrow morning I will try the Stevia, since some have suggested that the fake sugar acts like a real sugar.... I will keep you all posted.
