Cholesterol Numbers
Cholesterol is 178
HDL is 32
LDL is 113
Now, my doctor said to exercise to raise my HDL (He knows I am low carbing and he is an advocate for it) but the nurse over the phone told me I need to go low fat and low calorie....
Now, when I laughed and told her how much saturated fats I eat everyday and thought my numbers for all that meat and butter and eggs was pretty good she told me I was going to have a heart attack.
She got so mad all of a sudden I had to tell her I was kidding... sheesh....
anyway... any suggestions on these numbers? How can I raise HDL?
