CarbBalance ham/cheese pockets?

Hi everyone ~

My hubby picked up these CarbBalance hame/cheese pockets made by Michael Angelo's tonight. They have 9 carbs a piece (1 of those being fiber) and are of a nice size. I try to stay around 15-20 carbs a day so it is not very realistic to eat these regularly, but they are unbelievable tasting!!! Anyone try these and have good or bad results with weight going up/stalling/etc.? Just curious, because it makes me nervous, they taste so yummy
