strange flushed feeling?

Hi,

just started yesterday and dont find myself hungry or missing any of the carbs i always ate, but do find i feel flushed and hot to the touch.... i dont feel sick, so not the flu or cold.... could it be getting used to the no carbs or the 4 litres of water yesterday and today lol..... or is this normal...?
