Countdown to summer exercise challenge
ok...so summer is right around the corner and we all need to up our exercise huh? in order to help make everyone accountable for their workouts lets just try to come in and post when we do our workouts and what we did... ok? i am following a specific BFL plan so i know what exercises i need to do everyday, but i think its ok whatever exercise you choose....as long as you move at least 20 minutes!!! ok??
ok to start out i did my workout this morning!! upper body and i feel great!
