Good late afternoon My headache seems to have gone so I went to the gym and had a good workout. I was feeling very stressed so it really felt good
Fat migration....again. Really weird. I have noticed that since doing yoga and just working out again that my shoulder/collar bone area is starting to thin out and get some definition again. My bones aren't noticable yet but close...could the fat have drifted downward on my back? And again...where is it going? I sure hope it isn't traveling down to my butt because it is big enough already
