Hi everyone. I'm new here, but have been reading the posts for the last week. It's been really helpful. I started Adkins around the 1st of February. I've lost 15 lbs. so far. I've got a question. Has anyone taken the A.M and P.M. cleanse? This is my 7th day on them and did lose 2 lbs this week Am wondering if they are for 7 days only or longer.
