Okay, so far the only thing I have done is walk my dog.
I have been back on LC for 3 days and I have walked my dog each day. About 4-5 blocks a day.
I thought I better start slow and not over do it and get discouraged.
But I have step tapes and a step box. I have resistance bands and winsor pilates. I am thinking of purchasing the Firm tapes and box. One day at a time!!!
