We have this wonderful gourmet supermarket up the street from where I work, and they have a great deli. I have always been able to find wonderful choices in the deli for this WOE such as roasted chicken breasts, or fire roasted veggies in olive oil. One thing I have always missed though is the wonderful made-to-order sandwiches. Well the other day I ran up to pick up lunch for myself and a friend, and while I was filling out her sandwhich what do I notice on the list? LOW CARB BREAD!! And, all natural nitrate free turkey!!! I asked them about it, and they said they were new to the menu. The bread is made there in the deli and is 3 carbs/slice. I ordered myself a turkey sandwich and it was FABULOUS! It's nice to have this alternative for when I get tired of the usual lunches
