OMG!!! DID I mess up!????

I ate a subway wrap for lunch today - 8 net grams of carbs. Did I mess up???? I am still on induction - on my way out of Subway I read that the wraps are not suitable for induction. DID I MESS UP??????????????????????????????????/ HELP????
