Hello everyone

I had some questions about the induction phase. I'm in my 3rd day of induction, but am having some pretty bad headaches. Plus some tummy troubles. On day one I cut out caffine and the carbs, except for the 20 g. which for me is the salad greens. I know I have been suffering from caffine headaches, and carb withdrawls, but are there any other side effects that are not common? Mainly problems with bowels. Also I am looking for some tips on what to prepare during the induction phase. I am not a big meat eater or cheese for that matter. Did I choose the wrong diet to go on?
