Countdown to 130!

Ok, we have worked so hard so far and already get incredible results...What seems to be imposible some time ago it is almost there and 130 is whisppering our names....
BUT some days it seems to be sooooo far away! The weight loss has slowed down and sometimes it takes the up and down pattern that demands ALL our patience and all the support that we can have from each other.
Would you like to join on this countdown to this magic number? It doesnt have to be your goal weight, just to know you´ll be there soon!...well,

sooner or later!
