Default Who are they trying to kid???

I was doing a google search on low carb menu planning, and ran across this so-called 'healthy low carb' plan. It looks like nothing more than low fat, low calorie with a little extra protein thrown in...

Since when does a meal of low fat cottage cheese mixed with applesauce, served with a piece of toast scraped with a little margarine qualify as low carb???
