I need to make sure that I post to this everyday....
I do an variable running on the treadmill (Speed walk - Sprint - Speed walk)
Minute Speed
01 3 walk
02 3 walk
03 5 jog
04 4 walk
05 6 jog

07 7 run
08 4 walk

10 4 walk
11 7 run
12 4 walk
13 8 run
14 4 walk

Comes out to be a little under 2mi. Definately gets the blood pumping! Also, shin pain is starting to go away... whew.. The first few times killed me!
Here is what I have done up until today:
Tues. 11/4:
Cardio (see above)
60 Crunches
30 Leg Lifts
Wed. 11/5:
Went ice skating 40 laps (Had the ice to myself)
Thur. 11/6:
Cardio (see above)
Fri - Sun (Took the weekend off)
Monday 11/10:
Cardio
Side Laterals: 20lb 3 sets/10
Cable Pulley Upright Rows: 70lb (I think - I didn't writ it down) 3 sets/10
Alternating Seated Curls: 20lb 2 sets/10 & 30lb 1 set/5
Crunches: 3 sets/20
Lower Back Machine: 140 3 sets (I don't feel like this is working anything out)
(I haven't lifted free weights since 1996 - Quite a bit rusty at this)
