Hello Forum members. My name is Anthony. After reading about the Atkins diet in USA TODAY last week, I'm starting the program. I want to lose 20 pounds. I have been walking 2 1/2 miles 4-days weekly and playing basketball for 3 hours--6 days weekly throughout the summer. My current weight is 183lbs. Please respond to the following questions: Does anyone remember how they began the LC plan? Are results immediate? Has anyone lost 20 pounds or more? What length of time? Your reply is greatly appreciated.
